The Living Planet Aquarium

March 17th (St. Patrick's Day....notice the boys are all wearing green.) We drove down to Utah and went to the Aquarium. It is such a cute little place, they have all sorts of fresh water fish and frogs from Utah, then they get into the exotic salt water animals such as jelly fish, sea horses, star fish, blow fish, and a sting ray pool where you can actually touch the sting ray's fins. There is also some sharks and a giant sea turtle. Last year they put in a new display where they brought in penguins. It was a lot of fun and the boys loved it. When we got there we only had 45 min. to tour the whole place, but that was actually a good amount of time, because kids this age don't have a very long attention span before they are moving onto the next tank.

Because we only had 45 min. Mommy was snapping pictures left and right, these are only just a few of the many that were taken.

Thayne found that green beaded necklace, I think inside the Aquarium and wore it the rest of the day. It looked like something left over from marti gras.

Ahh...isn't that so sweet......sorry to disappoint but I am afraid this is not a picture of brotherly affection. This is in fact Thayne trying to choke Ashton for not cooperating when Mommy kept asking him to "look at mommy for the picture." Funny huh?.....considering now it is Thayne that is looking away. Oh well.

This is Evan's double wave with the accompanying "hi" which he likes to say....all of the time.
