Thayne's 3rd Birthday

In January we celebrated Thayn'es Third Birthday. We held the "party" here at the Motel in the middle lobby area. We really only had family come and served cake and ice cream. For the first time I attempted to bake a homemade yellow cake with chocolate frosting. It was not that hard and everyone said it tasted really good, better than the Betty Crocker box version. I was still able to use all organic ingredients......at least then I can feel like I am giving a "healthier" version of junk food to my family.
